Suspicious male East Halton

Good morning,

We have been made aware of a male in East Halton knocking on a residents door on Townside this morning at 05:35 hours asking for a bottle of water. Male was early 30's, black beanie hat and black fleece. He was also carrying a black bag on his back. He was seen traveling towards the Black Bull. 

Officers have attended and haven't spotted anyone matching the description.
