Dear residents and local businesses,
Here is a roundup of what the Foleshill Neighbourhood team officers have been doing this week.
OUR Priorities
Our priorities are now business crime, this is an issue all over the north east and officers are proactively patrolling the affected areas. We have officers in plain clothes as well as in hi visibility uniform.
Officers are carrying out dedicated retail crime patrols and plain clothes opperatins to provide reassurance to shop keepers, deter anti social behaviour and address concerns raised by the community. Alogside this the dedicated retail crime patrols are focusing on supporting local shops, tackling shop theft and working closely with shop staf to prevent repeat offences
IN OTHER NEWS
Officers have been patrolling a local apartment complex within the Foleshill area. issues of anti social behaviour and drug taking by homeless males has been reported. Officers have been working closely with the directors, residents and landlords of some of the properties to try to start tackling persistent issues. Officers have set up a residents meeting, this will be a chance for residents to sit and speak to officers and share their views and worries.
