Dispersal authority for Ealing Borough

A dispersal authority has been authorised under Section 35 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

This authority covers the entirety of Ealing Borough from 7:00 PM this evening until 7:00 AM on 1st January.

This measure is part of our policing plan to ensure residents can enjoy a safe and secure New Year’s Eve celebration.

Additional officers will be on duty and deployed at anti-social behaviour hotspots across Ealing. 

The dispersal authority allows officers to act swiftly to address gatherings that cause harassment, alarm, or distress to the community, and to prevent or reduce crime.
