CBO issued to prolific shoplifter

Recently Chadwell officer Alex NORTON has attended Magistrates court in hopes to obtain a CBO for a shoplifter responsible for multiple thousands worth of goods from Tesco stores.

This CBO application was successful and you can see who it is on the image below.
