UPDATE from previous appeal!!!!

We were able to locate the owner of the bike who was extremely surprised their bike had been recovered, it was stolen in October 2024 outside Waitrose in Surbiton. 

Due to the fact it was registered to BIkeRegister we were able to locate the owner. Goes to show security marking your bike, does work!!!
