Toilets On Middlegate

Good Morning residents, 

It has been brought to my attention during the festive period that groups of youths are gathering at the Public Toilets on Middlegate near the borough Hall on the Headland.  This is not a social club and would like to remind young persons that this area is a very peaceful and quiet area with elderly and families residing around the area. 

Please could parents ask their children to refrain from hanging around this area, or if anyone see groups of youths around that area or near fish sands please contact police on 101. 

I would like to wish all Headland and Hartlepool Residents a very Have a Happy and Safe New Year.
