On New Years Eve your Hyndburn North Neighbourhood Policing Team will be offering free bike registering on the National Cycle Database. This will involve two stickers, both containing a QR code, being inserted onto the bike which will enable Officers and PCSOs to identify the bike if it is stolen or lost. They will then be able to return the bike to the owners. There will be no damage to the bikes unlike the old postcode enscribing. We will be at the Cath Thom Centre, Clayton Hall Drive, Clayton-le-Moors BB5 5SG from 12pm until 2pm. We will be situated near the entrance to the leisure centre. This is ideal for any new bikes that have been received for Christmas. Please just come along with your bike. If you have any questions please reply to this message. We can do more than one bike so if you have other family members or a number of children with bikes please feel free to bring them.
