Community Gathering at Offload Northwest!

Good Afternoon, Resident, 

From myself and the rest of Team South at Blackburn Neighbourhood Policing Team, I want to wish you a Merry Christmas or a Happy Holidays. However not everyone feels so festive at this time of year. If you know someone who may be struggling, Offload Northwest are hosting a space for all to come down and not be alone.
