Appeal for witnesses following collision in Portsmouth

We are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dash cam footage of a collision in Portsmouth to please come forward.

Police were called at 8:38pm yesterday (Tuesday 23 December) to a report of a collision at the junction of Milton Road and Locksway Road.

A cyclist was travelling southbound on Milton Road, when they were involved in a collision with a white van on the mini roundabout. The cyclist, a 19-year-old woman, suffered a fractured collarbone.
