Thank You and Festive Season Safety

Dear Met Engage Members,

As we approach the festive season, we want to thank you for your continued support in helping us keep our communities safe. Your engagement truly makes a difference.

This year, our teams achieved major results in reducing crime and anti-social behaviour in Harrow Road and Queens Park wards

We closed numerous locations that were long-standing sources of issues,

Issued multiple Criminal Behaviour Orders (CBOs) against gang members, drug dealers, and thieves

Shut down illegal squats, safeguarded vulnerable individuals, and carried out warrants and raids leading to arrests, weapons seizures, and lengthy prison sentences.

These successes were possible thanks to your intelligence shared via 999 and 101 and in person at community events and meetings.

Please remember:

Reporting Crime – Met Police Guidance
If it’s an emergency:
• Call 999 if there’s immediate danger to life, violence is happening or threatened, a crime is in progress (e.g., burglary), or the suspect is still at the scene.

If it’s not an emergency:
• Call 101 for non-urgent crimes such as theft, criminal damage, low-level violence, drug activity, or antisocial behaviour.
