Good morning Mid Sussex Residents
If you received a new bike over the Christmas period, or would like to better protect your current bike, Mid Sussex Police are offering free bike marking events at the end of December.
Bike marking is a proven crime prevention measure. Marked bikes are less attractive to thieves and are seen as harder to sell on. If a bike is lost or stolen, marking also helps officers identify it and increases the chances of it being returned to its rightful owner.

Taking a few minutes to mark your bike can make a real difference in preventing theft and supporting recovery if it does occur.
