Good Morning Resident,

Here’s a quick round up from me and the Longbridge Neighbourhood Team.

Our Priorities

Anti-social behaviour, shop theft and drugs around the Longbridge retail and South & City College area. Concerns highlighted to local officers and from call data received to WMP with incidents to this locality.

We are experiencing an increase in robbery offences in Longbridge. Recent offences from Mid-October have been around the Rea Valley Route which runs from Arden Road, Frankley to Longbridge Retail Park.

A number of concerns reported of speeding and poor driving across the Longbridge area, There have also been reports of ASB on car parks around The Great Park.

What’s been Happening?

Continuing with our high visibility patrols during the busy Christmas Shopping period, engaging with shoppers and businesses.

Reassurance patrols conducted around recent burglary locations within the area.

Joint parking op with Traffic Enforcement Officers to educate the public on responsible and safe parking.

Joined our Streetwatch group for a very brisk and fresh patrol around their area.
