Both our emergency and non-emergency call handlers, and officers, will be working all over Christmas and the New Year and will be available 24/7.

To get help in an emergency, always dial 999.

To report an incident that isn’t an emergency situation call 101.

If you have online access, please use one of the following methods:

• Facebook – send us a private message through our main Facebook page. Our online reports are dealt with by trained contact handlers in the same way as 101 calls.
