Theft Of Motorcycle in Sherburn in Elmet 24/12/2025

Dear resident, unfortunately some bad news to report this morning.

On the 24th December 2025 at approximately 07:20hrs a motorcycle has been stolen without keys from a garden shed of a property on Horsa Place in Sherburn In Elmet.

The stolen motorcycle is a Honda Hornet 600cc in red with a registration of T827 YDV (please see attached photograph)

The motorcycle has left Horsa Place onto Fairfield Link before turning left onto the Fairway towards Low Street.

Please can residents check their CCTV / ring door cameras etc and report any sighting to officer in case PC405 Tom Stubbs at tom.stubbs@northyorkshire.police.uk quoting reference 12250241042 or call 101 quoting the same reference.
