Arrests

Hackney Central and Hackney Downs officers made seven arrests this week for a variety of offences. These arrests included a prolific shoplifter who had stolen >£1,500 worth of items and two arrests for being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs. A live-facial recognition operation was conducted in Dalston where Hackney Central and Hackney Downs officers made a further four arrests of suspects wanted for a variety of offences.

Other Penalties 

The ASB Warnings issued included seven warnings for possession of drug paraphernalia following a stop and search, and one warning issued for public drinking and anti-social behaviour. The Community Protection Warning issued was to a prolific shoplifter for theft offences and the Penalty Notice for Disorder issued was for possession of cannabis.
