On Monday 22/12/25 Clementswood SNT and Loxford SNT attended calls from the management and local residents of Chamberlain Close. Homeless males who have broken into the bin shed removed the bin. They have been using the bin shed as a place to congregate sleep through the nights causing issues to the community. There has been reports of seven males in the bin shed and the car park. Officer attended to speak to them which they did after giving the males ASB warnings. One male was arrested for immigration issues for not coming into Ilford Police Station to sign for his bail conditions. The males have been warned not to enter Chamberlain Close Ilford. All the males were given words of advise to visit the welcome centre. The management for Chamberlain Close have been emailed to replace the broken automatic gates of replace them as this is the cause for the homeless trespassing the area causing ASB.
