SNAPPED/BROKEN B.T LAND LINE AT CHANDOS ROAD E15

To All living at CHANDOS RD E15,

As I was patrolling past EDUCATION LINK on CHANDOS RD E15, I noticed that one of the landline cables had recently either snapped or broke off from the main connection pole to all Housing.  It was at this point that I feared for the safety of the locals as believed this cable to be a hazard as over 10ft reached the ground from nearest tree. B.T emergency was contacted with ref DP758 and was arranged for the line to be rein-stored within the next few hours. Please let me know if remains untouched within 24 hours and I will once again contact B.T.
