Christmas Greetings have a safe and happy holiday

Hello

hope you are all ready for the upcoming celebrations , but please can I ask you to think about home security whilst enjoying the festive season.

A few simple things we can all do that can make a big difference are:

Do not leave identifiable packaging from opened presents outside your home as this can alert people to potential items inside the home.

If going out visiting friends and family please try and put lights on a timer to come on whilst out.

When staying away for a prolonged period ask a trusted neighbour to push any mail / leaflets that may be sticking out of your letterbox into your home.

These are all small things but do make a big impression and can deter homes from being targeted as believed empty.
