Theft from vehicles / attempted break ins

Good Morning Residents, Bore da Pawb,

Overnight we have received reports of vehicles being tampered with, door handles tried and one theft from a vehicle

Where £150 has been taken from the centre console.

This was at Rhyd y Defaid , Sketty

This has also been occurring in the Dunvant, Killay areas, with several reports last week, so we are urging you to be extra vigilant and lock up your vehicles securely, ideally in a well lit area,

ensuring that no valuables, shopping, gifts, etc are left inside, even if they are not visible, keep your belongings safe!

We are actively patrolling these areas, and investigating reports, however these opportunists seem to target different areas at various times, wear dark clothing, and usually attend at night time.

During this busy period, do not forget to LOCK UP to prevent further break ins.
