If you don't pay, we will take it away

A driver who failed to pay and renew their motor insurance was stopped by officers in the area of the town centre by Community Safety Neighbourhood Officers on patrol.  

The vehicle has been seized and driver reported for driving without atleast third party insurance cover with an expectation of 6 points and a fine.
