Message for businesses – cold callers asking for sponsorship

We have been informed of cold callers contacting businesses by telephone asking for financial sponsorship.

The recipient of the calls are given the impression that this sponsorship was connected to Devon & Cornwall Police, we would like to inform businesses/organisations that this is not affiliated or approved by Devon & Cornwall Police. Please be wary of the authenticity of cold callers.
