Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling Nothing to Report Burglary Other Between 11.30am and 8.00pm on Monday 15 December in Leen Close, Hucknall, doors were forced to gain entry to a garage and a red/burgundy mobility scooter was stolen. At 8.06pm on Wednesday 17 December in Chatsworth Drive, Hucknall, a member of the public witnessed two males on a red and white scooter (like a Vesper) both in black clothing and one wearing a white Balaclava break into a lock-up garage and scatter items in the road. They made off in the direction of the Co-op store and Watnall Road. Theft of motor vehicle Nothing to Report Theft from motor vehicle Overnight Monday 15 to Tuesday 16 December in Spitfire Way, Hucknall, the side door of a Vauxhall Vivaro van was force to gain entry and two Hilti screw guns and a Hilti radio were stolen. Theft Nothing to Report Violence against the person At 3.42pm on Friday 12 December in Ullswater Drive, Hucknall, a report of ongoing issues with parking near the school. On this occasion an unknown male was being verbally abusive and threatening, he tried to grab the driver of a car, through the open window, as he was trying to manoeuvrer off his drive. The attacker is thought to be a school parent, he was a white male with short dark hair. Criminal Damage Between 11.30am on Thursday 11 and 8.30am on Friday 12 December in Brickyard Drive, Hucknall, the outer pane of a double glazed window was damaged. Overnight Thursday11 to Friday 12 December in Nabbs Lane, Hucknall, bollards which protect the area in front of the shops were torn from the ground when hit by a silver car, possibly a Vauxhall or Nissan. A witness said the car was driven by a white female with long blonde hair. There was also a female passenger in the car. At 11.08pmon Friday 12 December at the Seagull Fish Bar, Beauvale Road, Hucknall, a dissatisfied customer ‘kicked off’ and an altercation took place between him and members of staff, in frustration he slammed the door cracking a glass panel. He was described as, white male, 6.00”, average build, blonde short hair, wearing a grey tracksuit. ASB At 6.22pm on Friday 12 December in Annesley Road, Hucknall, a report of a homeless female, drinking and refusing to leave the communal area of Pinfold House. Described as white, long hair with brown hi-lights, scabs all over her face, wearing black leggings.
