General Speeding concerns |
||
|
Your local Safer Neighbourhood Team conducted a speed survey today on Castle Farm way which is 40mph. The average speed recorded was 33mph. The highest speed we recorded was 44mph.
Road safety concerns, in particular speeding, are consistently raised by our local communities. Speed cameras (both mobile and fixed) are located in areas where there have been collisions and where there is a demonstrated speeding problem.
If you are concerned about speeding in your area then this can be raised with either your local parish/town council or your local Safer Neighbourhood policing team, we will then be able to look at data collection and offer advice on the most appropriate form of action.
Please drive safely and responsibly and don't be tempted to drink and drive over the festive season.
Wishing you all a “Safe and Happy Christmas” Hayley Smith PCSO 40671 St Georges, Priorslee and Muxton Safer Neighbourhood Team West Mercia Police Donnington Police Station, Wellington Road, Donnington, TF2 8AL Direct Dial: 101 Ext. 7713407 Mobile: 07483 120675 Team email: sgp.snt@westmercia.police.uk
