Witness appeal

Good afternoon Hampshire Alerts user,

We are looking for potential witnesses to an incident that took place on the 14th of December between the hours of 19:00 and 19:30 along Eastney seafront near to the Coffee Cup.

We are looking for anyone who may have sighted a Male wearing jeans, puffer jacket and boots. Male is middle aged, white and has grey hair.
