This Christmas, we’re teaming up with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council for 12 Days of Community Safety. The council are sharing community safety advice on their social media in the lead up to the big day and we’ll be sharing the policing messages here on Herts Connected so keep an eye out.

Don’t let thieves steal your Christmas! 🎄

Keep valuables out of sight from outside your home and avoid leaving presents under the tree or in view. Never leave expensive gifts in your car overnight. 

🚗 If you’re heading out, leave a lamp light on or use an electric timer to give the impression someone is home.
