I'm sharing  crime prevention for your awareness in regards Burglary.

Keeping Your Flat or Home  Secure

Whether you rent or own, simple actions can greatly reduce the risk of burglary.

🚪 Doors & Shared Entrances

·  Always lock your front door

·  Ensure communal doors close properly

·  Do not allow tailgating into shared buildings

🔑 Keys & Access

·  Do not leave spare keys outside

·  Report lost keys to your landlord immediately

💡 Lighting & Smart Devices

·  Use internal lights on timers when out

·  Video doorbells can help, but check landlord permission

·  Be mindful of neighbours’ privacy

·  Keep valuables away from windows

·  Avoid advertising absence online

·  Report suspicious behaviour early

👥 Community Safety

·  Get to know neighbours on your floor

·  Report issues via 101 or to building management
