Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) |
||
|
To all local residents,
We have a local resident known by the name of Luigi INGLESE that has been placed on a Criminal Behaviour Variation Order for known offences such as; shoplifting, theft from motor vehicles, interference of motor vehicles and theft of pedal bikes. For those who are unfamiliar with the term, a CBO is a legal restriction that a UK court can place on someone who’s already been convicted of a crime to stop them from behaving in a way that scares, worries, or annoys people. The new CBO conditions run until expiry of original order 4/8/2030
Anywhere in any public place in England and Wales, Luigi INGLESE MUST NOT:
Enter any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales from which he has been formally banned.
Remain in any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales having been asked to leave by a member of staff or security guard.
Enter the private areas of any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales without the permission of a member of staff or security guard.
Be in possession of any cards, wallet or property that is clearly in the name of another person in any public place in England and Wales, without valid proof of purchase or ownership
Be in possession of any tools or equipment intended for use in the theft of goods (e.g. cutters or tag removers) or bags adapted for use in theft (not including shop bought foil-lined bags).
Be on any private property (driveways, gardens, etc) without express permission of the owner/lawful occupier.
Touch or enter any Motor vehicle (cars, motorbikes, mopeds-scooters, e-bikes and pedal bikes) without express permission of the owner. (Exception as a passenger in a public service vehicle or registered taxi where rite of passage is expected).
If you happen to witness INGLESE breaking any of the above conditions please call 101 or 999 straight away. As a community your eyes are valuable in aiding us in tackling crime and continuing the joint efforts in making our community safe.
