I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Fraud (e.g. bogus callers, courier fraud, cyber crime), which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

Expecting deliveries ahead of the Christmas period?

Watch out for fake delivery messages. Fraudsters impersonate legitimate delivery companies via fake emails, texts, or calls to trick you into giving them personal information or money.

The advice is to -
- Never click the link
- Do not enter any personal or financial information
- Access the website by typing it into the Web browser
- Remain vigilant and check any message carefully
- Always question claims that you are due goods that you haven't ordered
