Prolific Shoplifter Charged

We are aware of the concerns raised by local residents and businesses regarding recent shoplifting in the Streatham area. We can confirm that a prolific shoplifter has been arrested and charged following a targeted investigation by local officers. Over a two month period, the individual is believed to have stolen approximately £15,000 worth of goods from local businesses.

The individual has been charged with:

5x Burglary

3x Theft

This arrest is the result of close work with local retailers, review of CCTV and community intelligence.
