Please note that due to the nature of our role as officers, sometimes situations occur that are beyond our control, therefore, if we are not at an advertised event, it is because we were called to an emergency that sometimes does not give us time to contact WM Now and such like to cancel an event.

Events.

The Coventry Christmas Market in Broadgate is on and there are plenty of stalls to visit.

Broadhurst Primary School hosted a delightful choir in the Lower Precinct in the City Centre earlier this week, singing some of your favourite Christmas Carols.

The Fair is on at Millennium Square. Again please be mindful of your belongings.

WHAT’S HAPPENED?

Officers have been engaging with the public on a daily basis and working alongside Coventry BID as well as the Law Enforcement Team and NEO's in our Winter project's.

We have been out walking in your area and chatting to you.

We have seized vehicles in your area that have had no insurance or tax in a bid to make your roads safer.

Further arrests have been made for attempted robberies and thefts.

Community Resolutions have been put in place where Shop thefts have taken place.

E-bike operations take place on a regular basis and our officers seize a substantial amount of these bikes.

Please be mindful with Christmas upon us to make sure you bag’s of all kinds are zipped up at all times when you are out and about.

Try not to leave your Mobile phones or Wallets/Purses in your back pockets of Trousers where pick pockets can get to them.

More proactive patrols tackling the issues that matter to you.
