Police Meet with Veterans

The Great Lever Neighbourhood team dropped into the 'Heywood young people's centre' on Saturday morning to meet with military veterans who were holding a Christmas event. The event was also attended by members of the local community, councillors and the Mayor of Bolton. The veterans do a lot of work in the area to make sure the community feel engaged and involved. The drop in is open to serving and ex military personnel and blue light workers every Saturday from 10am - 2pm.
