Local Priorities Violence against women and girls Update

I wanted to provide an update regarding Violence against women and girls, which members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

On Saturday 13/12/2025 at 4pm, Bromley North Officers held a "Walk, Talk & Do" event at Archibald Open Space Park, Wellington Way E3.

Walk, Talk and Do is open to women aged 18 and above, and living or working in London. It is for those who would like to go for a walk with an officer in their local area and discuss their views on women’s safety.

Those who take part in a Walk, Talk and Do can share their views and experiences with officers as they walk through any areas they may feel vulnerable in. Patrols can take place at any time, including those where there is less footfall, traffic and light so officers can get a real sense of what their thoughts are.
