Traffic Operation in your local area!

Hello resident,

We continue to listen to your concerns regarding the issues with the roads in your local area. 

Today, Officers from the neighbourhood team in Bolton conducted a traffic operation on Wigan Road aimed at ensuring the safety and compliance of drivers on our roads. The operation focused on verifying that drivers have the necessary documentation for their vehicle and identifying any issues that may put the safety of other road users at risk. By ensuring that all drivers are in compliance with traffic laws, we aim to create a safer environment for everyone on the road. 

In addition to this, officers have continued to drive throughout Hulton Lane, Deane Road, and St Helens Road in an aim to target those who are driving inconsiderately and not adhering to the Highway Code.
