Your Chelmsley Wood PCSO is not present today, so I will be doing their newsletter in place of them, which is why it may look a little different - rest assured, it still contains everything you need to know!

✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅

This set, our team have been on the interchange with our colleagues from Safer Travel enforcing the PSPO (Public Space Protection Order) that is in place in order to deter any ASB (Anti-Social Behaviour) from taking place. Our officers have also placed 4 suspects under arrest for Domestic Violence offences during this set who are currently assisting with our enquiries - Domestic Violence is something we take very seriously, so this is a fantastic result!

We have also been in Three Trees community centre for a Cuppa with a Coppa - it was amazing to see so many of you there, particularly because we were raising awareness surrounding Violence Against Women and Girls, which is extremely important for us to inform everyone about, to keep you all safe. We really do appreciate it when you all attend our advertised events as it helps us to help you through the information you give us and the concerns you raise - please do continue attending them.

Why It Matters: ASB is a continuous issue on our bus interchange, and we get a lot of complaints from members of the public, so we feel it is appropriate to continue enforcing our PSPO and reducing ASB, particularly where it matters most. We also take Domestic Violence very seriously, which is why we are always taking action against it - it helps members of our community feel far safer. Additionally, raising awareness about Violence Against Women and Girls is very important as it helps keep everybody educated on how to stay safe, and reassured.
