Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling At 4.41pm on Thursday 4 December in Greenfields, Skegby, Sutton in Ashfield, a report that an unoccupied house was entered by breaking into the garage and then through an internal door into the house. Nothing was stolen Burglary Other At 3.00am on Thursday 4 December in Outram Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a brick was thrown smashing the window of Cash Traders to gain entry to the shop.. Between 1.30pm on Wednesday 3 and 12.40pm on Friday 5 December in Brook Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a back window of Sutton Mini Market was prised open and the toilet was entered. An attempt was made to remove the lock on the toilet door to get into the shop area without success. Nothing was stolen. Between 4.00pm on Monday 8 and 7.47am on Wednesday 10 December at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Church Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a work cabin was broken into, the lock being smashed off to gain entry. The following equipment was stolen, keys, a strimmer, leaf blower, hedge cutter and a 4x4 Toyota truck. The truck has now been recovered. Theft of motor vehicle Nothing to report Theft from motor vehicle Nothing to report Theft Nothing to report Criminal Damage Between 7.30am and 5.47pm on Friday 5 December in Fackley Way, Stanton Hill, Sutton in Ashfield, a bi-fold window was smashed. ASB At 4.12pm on Saturday 6 December in Jubilee Road, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of six or seven males, with hoods up, kicking at a neighbours door. When confronted they moved off.
