Dear Resident,

Just to make you aware we had another Theft from motor vehice this week.

WED 10 DEC

bet 3.15 & 4.15 pm

Sulehay road nr Yarwell

Side window smashed & a coat taken from the vehicle.

This area is popular with walkers & dog walkers

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your vehicle:

Park your car in a garage or driveway if possible, or on a busy, well-lit road. Choose a ParkMark® accredited public car park wherever possible

Never leave anything on display in your car. The cost to repair damage to the vehicle will usually exceed the value of the theft

Drivers of some Toyota and Honda vehicles and some 4 x 4’s should install measures to deter theft of catalytic converts e.g Catloc | Catalytic Convertor Theft Protection
