Good Afternoon Resident
Over the last seven days there has been three burglaries one on George Road, one on Pershore Road, and the other on Lynn Grove. Items stolen were Mac Books and Air Pods.
Vehicle Crime
There was a total of two theft from motor vehicles on the following roads Selly Hill Road and Selly Park Road. Offender/s have stolen Front Bumper, Bonnets, Windscreen wipers and number plates. We have also had a total of three theft of motor vehicles. These occurred on Fladbury Crescent, Harrow Road, and Teignmouth Road. Vehicles stolen were a blue Mitsubishi a black Ford Fiesta and a blue Ford Fiesta.
CRIME PREVENTION ADVICE
Please remove all items from your vehicles. Make sure your fob has done its job by checking all windows are shut and all doors are locked. If you have a keyless vehicle make sure as soon as you have secured your vehicle put your fobs into a Faraday Pouch this is to prevent offenders scanning your fobs signal to start your vehicle and drive off.
The Mornings are getting frosty and cold with this in mind, Please DO NOT leave engines running and your vehicle unattended whilst you de-ice, de-mist or warm your vehicle up.
Invest in a full steering wheel disc lock these have been known to be a good investment to prevent your vehicle from being stolen. also to prevent your vehicle registration plates being stolen invest in anti-tamper screws
