We’ve received reports of parcel thefts in your area. Please take steps to keep your orders safe:

✅ Track your deliveries – Use courier apps or notifications to know when your parcel arrives.
✅ Arrange safe delivery options – Consider using a secure locker, collection point, or request delivery to a trusted neighbour.
✅ Avoid leaving parcels unattended – If possible, schedule deliveries for when you’re home.

Parcel thefts are typically higher around Christmas due to higher deliveries, it is common for thieves to follow vans and steal as they drop them off. If your parcel gets stolen please report it via 101 or met police website. Reach out to the retailor and delivery company as they can be liable for its theft and offer you compensation.
