Dear Resident Broseley & Bridgnorth Safer Neighbourhood Team's (SNT's) conduct joint operation with Trading Standards 🤝
Today, officers from Broseley & Bridgnorth SNT's worked alongside Trading Standards to carry out a joint operation targeting underage sales of vapes, alcohol, and knives. Test purchases were attempted at local retailers to ensure compliance with age-restriction laws.
✅ No illegal sales were completed during this operation, which is reassuring for our community and shows that local businesses are taking their responsibilities seriously.
This proactive work is part of our commitment to protecting young people from harm and keeping our communities safe. Preventing the sale of age-restricted products helps reduce risks linked to health, crime, and anti-social behaviour.
