Operation Frostwatch – Week 3 Results (1–7 December) |
||
|
Dear residents, Last week, Operation Frostwatch ran from Monday 1st to Sunday the 7th of December, marking the end of Week 3. We have continued to apply pressure to those we are seeking to disrupt, particularly offenders using e-bikes and e-scooters to commit crime. We have also been targeting careless and dangerous driving, stopping vehicles that fall short of safe standards and prosecuting those responsible. As the nights draw in, roads are darker, more slippery and visibility is reduced; too often it is children who pay the price and are seriously injured.
Week 3 highlights (1–7 December) If you haven’t seen us, don’t worry – the criminals definitely have.
Operation Frostwatch – impact so far (Weeks 1–3) Since the operation began, we have achieved the following: We will continue to target those who pose the greatest risk to our communities, using a mix of high-visibility patrols, targeted operations and intelligence-led enforcement.
How you can help us further If you have any information about crime or suspicious behaviour, please get in touch: Finally, Thank you for your ongoing support! | ||
