🚨 Operation Limit: Keeping Greater Manchester Roads Safe 🚨 Greater Manchester Police is joining forces nationwide for Operation Limit, a national campaign running from 1 December to 1 January 2026, aimed at reducing deaths and serious injuries caused by drink and drug driving. This initiative is supported by all UK police forces and focuses on preventing tragedies by targeting those who choose to drive under the influence. Throughout December and into the New Year, GMP officers will be conducting roadside checks across every district in Greater Manchester. These checks will cover: ✅ Drink and drug driving
✅ The Fatal Four:
• Speeding
• Mobile phone use
• Not wearing a seatbelt
• Driving under the influence |
