ASB - Neighbour Disputes

Talked to both parties in regards with neighbour disputes, allegations that making loud sound from flat above. Flat 1 - BOURNEVALE ROAD banging the ceiling with the stick and the Flat 2 above making loud sound such as machine however the SNT checked the property it's only a electric fan. However both parties agreed not to escalate the issue , Crime prevention advice provided and SNT contact details given as well if need more support from our team.
