Op Skybridge - Deployment update.

Good evening, 

It has been a little over 3 weeks since Op Skybridge deployed to Erdington & Stockland Green. In this time, the team has achieved some great results in partnership with your dedicated local neighbourhood teams. 

Thanks to this work, we can confirm that Robbery is DOWN 62% and Burglary is DOWN 35% as well as success in other areas such as vehicle crime. 

We understand that behind every offence, there is a victim and we remain committed to relentlessly seeking out those intent on causing your community harm. 

Your dedicated neighbourhood teams remain in Erdington and Stockland Green to carry on this vital work. 

You can help! 

Always keep doors and windows locked. Ensure that valuables are removed from vehicles (even things that may look valuable!). Make use of signal jamming key wallets and steering locks. Consider using CCTV and security lighting to make your property less attractive to criminals. Finally, always report anything suspicious to the police and trust your instincts!
