Witness appeal for crime enquiries - 41/106383/25

Officers are seeking witnesses to an incident that took place on Saturday 08/11/2025 at Wilbury Recreational Ground, Letchworth at approximately 11:35am. 

The incident involved a male in his 40's, approximately 5 foot 11 in height, proportionate build, short grey hair with face stubble, having a local accent, wearing grey and burgundy hoody. 

In particular the male had a dog with him, described as being a Bull dog type, white with light brown patches and pink nose, stocky medium build wearing pink harness not on a lead.
