LONDON BRIDGE AND WEST BERMONDSEY SNT OUT ON THE WARD

It has been another busy week on London Bridge and West Bermondsey ward. 

PC Joshua Head, PC Phil Howes and PC Mullin-Smith made three arrests on Saturday all linked to Thetford House, Abbey Street SE1 and partially incidents from City Walk SE1. With two arrested for multiple breaches of community protection notices that we had previously served them. One other drug user found on the day in Thetford House found with a singular wrap of Class A drugs and issued a community resolution with the positive condition of contacting services to help support her with her addiction however had to be arrested as well for failing to appear. 

Patrols carried out on estates and local parks; looking out for any Anti-Social Behaviour including the St Saviours Estate,  Creasy Estate, Aylwin Estate, Kipling Estate, Arnold Estate, Leathermarket Gardens and others.

Robbery patrols carried out in our most recent hotspot areas for phone snatches around Tower Bridge Road and Tooley Street. One E-bike enabled phone snatch victim assisted and we put on the report.

Weapon sweeps carried out on Swan Mead and the St Saviours Estate.

Three burglary visits to victims and neighbour awareness activity carried out at Oxford Drive, Devon Mansions on Tooley Street and a building on Tanner Street.
