Anti-social behaviour, Moretonhampstead

Over the past few months, the Teignbridge Rural Team have been dealing with an issue of Anti-Social Behaviour within a residential area of MORETONHAMPSTEAD, this follows reports made to the local neighbourhood police team and the local authority, Teignbridge Council. 

Following an escalation process, on 17th November 2025 Devon & Cornwall Police with the aid of our ASB Lawyer successfully applied for a Partial Closure Order at the address. This order has been granted by a Magistrate following the evidence gained from our partnership working, working with the residents and local community. This order lasts for 3 months and means that only certain persons named on the order can have access to the property, any other visitors will be committing a criminal offence by entering the premises. 

The Rural Teignbridge Neighbourhood Policing Team will work tirelessly with residents to try and curb long term Anti-Social Behaviour.
