I wanted to provide an update regarding Violence against women and girls, which members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey. This weekend officers are conducting hi-visibility patrols around pubs, wine bars and premises open late. We hope this provides reassurance and should you see one of us please feel free to voice your concerns to us! We are working closer with our local premises to raise awareness around VAWG (Violence against women and girls).
If you have any roads or areas within the ward you feel particularly unsafe when walking please let us know.
