RIVERSIDE WEEKLY ROUND UP
Here’s what we’ve been up to this week:
Emergency Assistance
The Riverside team assisted an unconscious male who required CPR and a defibrillator. Thanks to quick action from officers and the NHS urgent care team, the individual is now safe and recovering.
Night Time Economy Patrols
Riverside officers were out during the night to ensure everyone stays safe and enjoys their night out, especially with it being Christmas drinks time!
Drug Warrant
PCSO V, alongside other officers and the Tactical Support Team, executed a warrant and discovered a large cannabis grow. Equipment from nine rooms was seized and destroyed.
City Centre & Riverside Patrols
PCSOs V, Jas, Phil, and Hafsa were out in Leicester city centre for Christmas shopping patrols, helping keep everyone safe. We’ve also carried out daily patrols around the Riverside beat and city centre to maintain high visibility during this festive period.
Fatal 4 Operation
PCSO Phil and Hafsa joined the Fatal 4 operation, tackling speeding, mobile phone use, seatbelt checks, and drink/drug driving.
