Dear Residents, Welcome to the Police Update for the last week. The message includes personal fraud (Scams), burglaries and vehicle thefts reported between the 27th November 2025 to 4th December 2025. The report also includes information on arrests in the Borough.
Please Note Arrests. There were 58 arrests in the period November 26th to December 3rd 2025: Domestic Incident/Violent Domestic Abuse 9, Rape/Sexual Offence 4, Crime Other 4, Drugs 1, Prescribed Limit 2, Crime Public Order 4, Violent Crime in a Public Place 2, Violent Crime other 4, Harassment/Stalking 4, Hate/Diversity 2, Road Related Offence 2, *Master Occurrence 7, Breach of Bail/Custody related matter 1, Robbery 1, Theft 6, Fraud 1, Immigration 2, Child protection 1, Absconder/Wanted 1. *A Master Occurrence is used when recording an arrest where a number of offences are recorded for one incident.
Suspicious Activity Portal We have a portal for circumstances where no crime has been reported, but the suspicious behaviour could potentially be related to a burglary, theft of a vehicle, or catalytic converter, for example. We have a different unique link we provide to victims and witnesses when a burglary has occurred. Personal Fraud (Scams) in the Borough. Records show that there have been two reports of Personal Fraud in the Borough during the last week. These include a Pension Fraud with financial loss.
Burglaries North 27/11/2025 18:00. Smithy Lane, Lower Kingswood. Residential Burglary. Method of Entry – Entry has been gained through a first floor window located at the rear of the property. Stolen: Not confirmed at this time. (PR 45250143495)
Central Between 02/12/2025 02:12 to 03/12/2025 03:12. Colley Manor Drive, Reigate. Attempted Residential Burglary. Method of Entry – Attempted forced entry through a door located at the rear of the property. Stolen: Nothing taken. (PR 45250146105)
