Burglary Dwelling At 12.17am on Thursday 27 November in Portland Street, Sutton in Ashfield a window was prised open to enter a house and two PC’s were stolen. Exit via the back door. The lock on a bike in the garden was broken but the bike not taken. At 9.10am on Sunday 30 November in Alfreton Road, Sutton in Ashfield, an attempt was made to enter a house via the patio doors before gaining entry through the back porch. A spade and a screwdriver were left behind. Between 2.30pm and 3.00pm on Monday 1 December in Mansfield Road, Sutton in Ashfield, door keys, a Samsung mobile phone and cash form a wallet were stolen from a flat. Between 1.00pm and 2.15pm on Wednesday 3 December in Jephson Road, Sutton in Ashfield, a ground floor window was smashed but there is no evidence of the property being entered. Burglary Other Around 8.55pm on Wednesday 3 December in Market Street, Sutton in Ashfield a male attempted to break into Premier E-Cigs Ltd. Two CCTV cameras were stolen from the back of the building. Theft of motor vehicle Between 7.00pm on Monday 1 and 2.00am on Tuesday 2 December in Rothwell Close, Sutton in Ashfield, a white Ford Fiesta ST-2 Turbo car was stolen. Theft from motor vehicle Between 1.00am and 9.30am on Thursday 27 November in Silk Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a white Vauxhall Astra was broken into. A black duffel bag containing football kit, a Karrimor Rucksack with reflective pockets, a torch, work coat and a cream white and gold fabric River Island purse containing bank cards and cash were stolen. At 3.22am on Saturday 29 November in Outram Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a blue Ford Transit Panel van was broken into, the windscreen being smashed by a female with black hair, wearing a white top and black bottoms. She arrived in a small car possibly a Ford or Citroen. Theft Between 9.00pm on Saturday 29 and 5.00am on Sunday 30 November in Mansfield Road, Sutton in Ashfield, an Engwe E-bike with a bright yellow frame, E26 tyres, digital speedo and a damaged left handbrake, was stolen from the gated car park of a children’s home. At 3.50am on Tuesday 2 December at Lakeside Retail Park, Travel Lodge Hotel, Lakeside View, Sutton in Ashfield, a blue Colourway E-bike, secured with three locks, was stolen by three offenders. They lifted the bike over the post it was secured to. The battery had been removed by the owner. Criminal Damage Between Midnight and 7.53am on Saturday 29 November in Morven Avenue, Sutton in Ashfield, a brick was thrown breaking the outer glass in a double glazed window. Around 5.45pm on Monday 1 December in The Twitchell, Sutton in Ashfield, two young males on bikes were kicking a house door. One was wearing military style clothing, cap, and had a scarf over his face. ASB Nothing to report
